This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff here are friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free toiletries provided are of good quality. The flat-screen TV in the room is a nice touch. I had a great stay here.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A mini-kitchen was ok for us. We greatly enjoyed stuff and facilities here, everything needed for our vacation was provided. We will be back and would definitely recommend it. Stadel museum could be reached without difficulty as it’ s 1 mile away.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a few blocks away from the main shopping street and the U-bahn station. The spacious rooms were clean, and some even had a kitchen area. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Some minor downsides were reported by guests, such as noisy rooms due to poor window sealing.

Location, Location, Location. Situated on the inner city ring, this accomodations gives easy access to the city center. Within walking distance are the U and S networks. Even though situated a busy road, our room facing the street had the minimal of noise pollution (with the window kept closed). The executive suite is very spacious. Housekeeping changed towels and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom daily. We had a free mini bar and breakfast included in our rate, which was worth the extra money. Good aerobic facilties in the small gym with a new sauna room. The hotel personnel were all very professional and helpful with any queries. Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice and a choice of rolls and cereals from the buffet. The steak platter we ordered in the evening from the restaurant was good (no catering on a Sunday evening). Overall an accomodation who's interior excells that which one see's from the ring road!
A couple of items which the hotel could improve on......... (1) Deep cleaning of, or, replacing the carpets in the room as the stains make a bad impression. Room 605 (2) We had a visit for 5 days, thus I think that at least a couple of cups and spoons should be provided to make coffee (everything is under lock and key unless a levy of 85 euro's is paid for the cupboard key). (3) The wifi internet connection in the room is not sufficient for this day and age (this was included in the room rate). (4) There should also be a greater variety of international channels on the television, both business and entertainment.

We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and comfortable experience we had at this place. The location couldn't have been better, with restaurants, cinemas, and the main shopping street all within walking distance. The spacious rooms were a delight, and the staff went above and beyond to provide helpful and personalized service. Our room overlooked a beautiful park, offering a tranquil and quiet environment.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and cosy as well. Beds are very comfortable, the furnitures are modern and nice. The bathroom- clean, modern and well equipped. Me and my friend just loved and couldn't wait for delicious breakfasts. Hotel is in a very good location, near to the main shopping street, to the railway station. Close to the hotel a few great restaurants. Hotel is in the centre of the city but in quiet and safe area. All perfect!
Some people of the hotel staff are impolite, not proffesional and not really helpful. However, not all of them!

The room at Liv'In Residence was surprisingly quiet, considering it was located on a main street. The location was fantastic, close to public transport and the bike route. The room itself was spacious and modern, equipped with a flat TV, microwave oven, and coffee machine. The size of the room was definitely a highlight of the stay.
Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as the Wi-Fi not working properly and the sauna and fitness room being out of service, overall I would still recommend Liv'In Residence for its great location, spacious rooms, and modern amenities.
